Yes, all our broadband connections include a fixed IP address.
A dynamic IP address will change each time you connect to the internet.
You can pay by credit card, cheque, paypal or direct debit.
Our sales and support line is available 09.00am to 09:00pm Monday to Friday & 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturday.
Accounts can be cancelled at 30 days notice. Customers cancelling within the first 6 Months must pay a €60 fee for removal of the equipment. There will be a charge of 130 if we can not collect our equipment (the roof antenna, pole, cable and router) so customers must arrange this when cancelling their account. consequatur.
